Hello NCL colleagues,

As part of National Skills Coalition's ongoing efforts to help states and
localities prepare for implementation of the $2.75 billion Digital Equity
Act, we have a new blog post
https://nationalskillscoalition.org/blog/digital-equity/states-are-leading-the-way-on-digital-equity/
out
today.

The post highlights Colorado's innovative approach to gathering
quick-turnaround data on state residents' digital access and skills; *North
Carolina's *leadership in developing local digital equity plans; and
*Hawaii's *impressively detailed Digital Readiness survey and related work.

Of course, there are MANY more accomplishments in each of these states that
we didn't even have room to include. But it's really just intended to give
people a taste of the creative ways that states are tackling these issues.
More to come in future months as we highlight other states--

-Amanda

P.S. Also, don't forget about today's 3pm Eastern webinar
https://nationalskillscoalition.org/event/implementing-the-digital-equity-act/,
featuring my amazing colleague Caroline Treschitta as well as NDIA's
awesome team of Lo Smith and Paolo Balboa!
