Colleagues,

The National Coalition for Literacy will hold its spring Members Meeting on Thursday, May 26, 2022, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM eastern. This will be a hybrid meeting, with physical meeting space and technology support provided by the American Library Association's Washington office at 1615 New Hampshire Avenue NW, Washington, DC.

The meeting agenda will include the customary interactions with Senate and House staff and with representatives from OCTAE, as well as opportunities to provide updates on current member initiatives and projects and (probably) updates on WIOA reauthorization and the 2023 budget appropriation process. Feel free to contact me directly with ideas for topics of discussion.

For those who wish to attend in person and need hotel accommodation, the ALA Washington office has a relationship with the Lyle Hotel at 1731 New Hampshire Ave. NW. Use this link to obtain ALA's special rate when making a reservation: https://reservations.lyledc.com/113910?RatePlanId=5642185

NCL will provide breakfast and lunch for those attending in person.

Please complete the following very brief survey to let us know whether you plan to attend virtually or in person.
